Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

1. Policy Statement

SkyThrow strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and does not tolerate any related content or activities. To prevent users from engaging in CSAE, we implement monitoring, reporting, and response measures to the extent possible.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating, sharing, storing, trading, or promoting content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation
  • Engaging in, soliciting, or facilitating inappropriate contact with minors
  • Sending sexually explicit messages, images, videos, or audio recordings involving minors
  • Trading, distributing, possessing, or attempting to sell child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Encouraging, endorsing, or facilitating CSAE-related activities, including sharing links or engaging in discussions that support such actions

All users of these posting services have access to reporting functions to flag violations.

4. Enforcement Actions

If a violation is detected, appropriate actions will be taken by the service where the post was made.

5. Child Protection Measures

Providing privacy settings to ensure a safer experience for minors
Conducting regular internal training and reviewing policies within the project

6. Legal Compliance & Cooperation

We comply with the laws and international standards of various countries and work with relevant authorities to enhance child protection.
